  • Very Disappointing
Very disappointed by coming back to our room to find it was empty. We found our bags and clothes in the lobby. The staff then said that they had rang me ( which we had them check me phone NO CALL ) Being Accor member we have a wide choice of places to stay.
  • Fantastic location
15 minutes via train from the airport and extremely handy to the city, harbour, botanical gardens and all public transport. We had a room with expansive views over Hyde park and the city including the tower. Very modern, clean and spacious room. The top floor with fitness room, spa and pool offered a great place to unwind with great views aswell. Very friendly and welcoming staff in all departments. A very enjoyable stay.
  • Good location, average hotel
Rated as 5 star but probably 4 at a push. My partner is an Accor member so we always try to stay within the group. Nice view from the room of Hyde park and good location. Our bed was a small double and we were told the room had been upgraded, but it was what we paid for. The executive lounge is small and dingey, like a waiting room, uncomfortable seating and very brightly lit. Breakfast, passable but don't bother if you have to pay extra (barista very friendly though). Bed was small and hard, pillows very hard. Wouldn't come back again, not what I expected for a 5 star. Only one more night to go!
