  • Cetnrally located very good place to stay
Stayed for 3 nights...centrally located good place to stay. Accessible to all the places like the central station & the opera house, darling harbour all within walk-able distances. very well connected with hop on-hop off services.
  • Hard to fault
If you are looking at staying in this part of Sydney, this is a great option. The rooms are very clean, sizable and the service is friendly. Unfortunately there is little view from the windows but if you are in Sydney for a quick stay, this is a great option. The most important thing is the bed is very comfortable. I will be back.
  • Proverbial Hidden Gem
Many hotels have imposing frontages on wonderful boulevards or cheeky personalities on world famous shopping strips. Novotel Sydney Central, however, nestles happily amongst the student accommodation, cheap eats, budget travel and computer repair geekeries that cohabit with UTS amongst the rambling, somewhat Victorian atmosphere of this end of town. This is a seriously well staffed, attentive hotel in a fascinating location, happily closeted up to Frank Geary's "Brown Paper Bag" as the UTS recent addition is called and a moderate walk (500m) to the hub of Darling Harbour and Chinatown (250m). Helpful, cheerful staff with a location that grows on you the moment you arrive.
