This is a modern and comfortable hotel located in Mascot, near Sydney Airport. It’s closer to the domestic terminal, probably about 1.4km and about 6km to the International airport. Though the Domestic Airport might seem close, the route is along busy roads and with luggage you should not attempt it. The hotel can help summon a taxi or arrange the airport shuttle for you (you pay, of course). Careful with taxis, not all of them are honest and may try to overcharge you. It is a short easy walk from the hotel to the Mascot railway station (about 600m), from where you can easily get the trains to downtown Sydney. There are also some basic restaurants around the railway station, if you want to eat outside the hotel. You could also take the train to the Domestic or International terminals if need be. All in all we found the location to be good. Being an Accor member, check-in was superfast and easy. We were given a voucher to claim a welcome drink (of your choice) from the bar. 2 keycards were given, you will need these to access your floor via the lift. The rooms were modern, stylish and clean with most of what you expect from an airport hotel. Complimentary wi-fi is provided, along with flat screen tv on the wall with plenty of channels. Wardrobe was the glass door type, where you can see your stuff hanging inside. Mattress was super-soft and comfy, loved it! Room was quiet, we had no issues with traffic noise. If there was a quirk in the rooms, was that the curtains did not close to the end, there was a bit of a gap remaining. We stayed twice at the hotel, and both rooms had this issue. Breakfast was really busy, and there seemed to be insufficient staff to attend to the customers. We had to try a few times to get attention to get some coffees. Breakfast buffet was standard fare, which you can get at any hotel, including eggs made to order. Would stay here again, if we happen to return to Sydney. We visited at a super busy time, so the room rates were extortionately high. If you get a good rate, it would be a good choice to stay here.

The executive room was really nice and well maintained. The housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning the room. The evening capane was good as well as the breakfast.
