  • Small room but awesomely comfortable
Spent 2 nights in a corner water view room. The room was the smallest room I have stayed in - but it didn't feel cramped and had a nice view. Bed was super comfy and shower had great pressure which is a deal breaker for me. Breakfast was buffet style and had good choices for cold and hot food. It was all very fresh which is always good. The evening restaurant was a bit disjointed with the menu and no room service but you can order and pick up a meal and take it back to your room. Service is good but the upsell of $15 a night for a view is annoying. Just my personal preference but I feel if somewhere has plenty of vacancies and can offer upgrades - then they should just offer them as a courtesy, especially if one company is paying for multiple rooms. Apart from that - my stay was very enjoyable and I would stay here again.
  • Great Location - very clean and tiody Hotel
Good value for money. Staff were very helpful. Room size was OK and had great view of Darling Harbour and City. Would only recommend this hotel for short stays as it has only a small open wardrobe and just two small shelves in the wardrobe, so we did not unpack suitcases. The bathroom is of adequate size. The Hotel has a nice restaurant with reasonably priced meals and a bar in the lounge area. It is just a short walk to Darling Harbour shops and restaurants. Also located close to the Pyrmont Bay Light Rail Station, and just a short walk to the Ferry wharf to Circular Quay.
  • Great Location, Small rooms
Very clean and tidy, but rooms were very small. Our room was spotless, with a great view. Bathroom was small and hard to get dried off. Not enough room for bathroom things. Bed was sloping to one side, probably from people sitting on edge of bed, as there was only one chair. Our companions from the UK had a disabled room. Sadly no view for them. What a shame disabled room could not be upstairs too. They said their room was very comfortable, bathroom very suitable. Reception were brilliant and very helpful. Breakfast was great. But Staff at restaurant reception a lot to be desired. Quite rude. I would stay here again probably.
