Right from when you enter the property it is bright and friendly, the staff at the reception are very helpful, the rooms are great with the Melbourne theme in the carpets. The Executive lounge is fantastic, the breakfast is the best, you do not want for anything, including a champagne to start your day. At evening the drinks are plentiful and the canapes are excellent with a good choice. The staff at the club are so helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again and fully recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne.

Good location. Was able to get a slightly earlier at around 11am but was unable to get a late check out to 1pm despite being a platinum member. Lounge is good. No upgrade offered.
