There was no hot water! We were not made aware when we checked in that they were having an issue with the hot water system. The first night I called reception and was brushed off, second night we had hot water but the third night we didn’t. I called again and they said the previous night was only a temporary fix. I understand that maintenance issues can be unexpected but how about letting your customers know when they check in. Great room, great location but very disappointed by the staff’s bland attitudes.

The room was comfortable and clean. We had a good stay in Launceston and will definitely come back again! The parking is quite limited and had to go up steep ramp.

I was warmly welcomed and the front desk staff were very helpful. I like the fact that I could open the windows - I'm not a fan of aircon. The downside of this was the very noisy traffic. This didn't stop me sleeping but was a small discomfort.
