Overall we really enjoyed our stay. On the downside, the bathrooms were a death trap! Slippery, nothing to hold on to, taps down low. The sliding doors to death in the rooms were not ideal either! 😱 On the upside the food was great. And the staff were all lovely, excellent at their jobs and kind. Chanu in particular was amazing, his helpfulness and passion for the area were wonderful. Give that man a pay rise immediately! 😀

Hotel and room was good, but was not aware that upper rooms had no lifts - should be told when booking. Otherwise, some help with the luggage would have been helpful. Highlight was the dinner at the restaurant. Compliments to the Chef Dwayne and team - the kangaroo was perfection. Thanks also to Vivienne who looked after us and Mary who got us into the restaurant despite being short-staffed. In general, staff were great. Only thing was not being able to have a simple breakfast of toast and coffee - NOT buffet. Very annoying.

Good accommodation, good restaurant, if not a little pricy. However, check they don't overcharge at the bar, happened a few times (when i didn't realize), and also a few more times at Cooinda Lodge, might be an Accor thing?

Room was clean with good air conditioning. Bathroom was a bit tired - basin was cracked. Would have liked a balcony/outdoor area for our room. More options for dining would be good like a cafe with sandwiches and simple food rather than needing to eat in a restaurant every meal.
