  • Stopover on way to the gold coast
Great place for an overnight stopover, was very affordable! And when i checked in the receptionist must have upgraded my room, as it was much roomier than the photos and had an extra bed. Overall fantastic value for money, only complaint being it is quiet noisy being near the roads, so not for you if youre a very light sleeper.
  • Overnight on route to Sydney
Great stop over. Great value for money. The only down side was stairs. There was no lift to cart up the bags. Lovely spot just a few minutes walk to town. Nice and clean showers good and spacious room.
  • overnight stop on way to Brisbane
Room very compact and small (as we find all Ibis Hotels). Very clean BUT when we had showers, the water poured all over the floor due to poor levels of the tiling. There was only a shower curtain and the water splashed under it and spread all over the room. I had to go to reception in my dressing gown to report the problem as I considered it dangerous enough to slip when walking on it. The (new) on-duty manager was very helpful and obtained a mop and extra towels and endeavoured to dry up as much as possible. Same thing happened the next morning.
