  • Stayed overnight on the way to Queensland
A very comfortable and clean hotel room. Very conveniently located in centre of Coffs Harbour. Room was small and hanging space limited. The bathroom again had water problems. The staff were very courteous.
  • Great location, but that's about it
Positives: Great rates. Friendly staff. Fantastic location - walking distance from town centre and not far from everything else. Negatives: Room was tiny. I had a small suitcase and still could barely fit it next to the bed. They don't knock when coming in to clean, and once she saw me, apologised slightly, changed my bin, and left. That's it. No fresh sheets or towels. The fridge smelled when opened. There is no fan in the shower for the steam, and yet you are warned with signs repeatedly not to let steam out or else it may activate the fire alarm, resulting in a $3000 fine. Also, key card stopped working after the first night. When you're in a rush, it's pretty annoying. Stayed here for 2 nights, but even if I was on a tight budget again, I'd consider trying out other budget accommodation.
  • Cheap, clean, convenient location
Near everything. Very basic but clean and parking @door. Close to shops, cafes and bars. Would recommended as a stop for a long drive. We stayed in a room with 3 single beds. Beds were pretty comfy. Friendly staff.
