- Excellent experience..Fabulous staff.. Well cleaned and spacious rooms..I'd give this hotel very nearly a 10/10 - perhaps the shower could have be bigger but that is my only quibble. Well impressed with the room, clean, comfortable,… tidy and spacious. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the receptionists were knowledgeable and were obliging with advice. Our stay was very enjoyable !
- Perfect for a quick business/study tripThis place was perfect for the purpose of my trip. Being on a tight budget, this place served its purpose. You get what you pay for. Really, it's a place… to shower n sleep before spending the day away. Staff were great! Friendly, talkative and approachable. Helpful with directing me to local amenities such as restaurants and woolies/coles. Even had a great opportunity to sit and have a feed late in the evening. Down to earth couple! The room was maintained without asking to which I didn't need daily attention. For those who have given a bad review, don't forget that it is a budget accommodation which wouldn't burn your wallet and isn't far from many amenities. Be a bit open minded about the place...if you're expecting serviced apartment style accommodation and size, you'll be lucky to find it for $80/n (+/-). Def coming back for short stays. Hope this helps you all reading through this and enjoy your trip to Canberra! :) (ADFA Student from Sydney)
