Asked for ground floor have stayed there four times always put up stairs. Have an ongoing knee injury. Booked ground floor only to be told I was to be moved upstairs to make way for a bus coming in. If you asked for something and book it that way you should get what you ask for. Next day cancelled my booking and will never be back.
