Room was small and most things, including the blind, were broken. Had to turn the fridge off to get any sleep. Sounded like a broken ice machine. Bathroom was a joke. No point in handing out a bath mat, it was soaked within seconds. Water began seeping under the door into the room, wet feet through the bedroom and the bed! Was ridiculous. Didn’t even try to wash off make up as sink was so small Would’ve added to the flood. Bathroom was like a cubicle on the Spirit of Tasmania! Only plus was the comfy bed and the open air car park.

A bit noisy as my room was on the road side. Reception staff could have been more friendly. Good value, or really overpriced depending how much you pay. Price varies a lot depending on date of stay. Sheet had a stain on it, otherwise clean

The staff and bed were great. The rooms made me felt like I was staying in a hospital or care facility and the lighting was too harsh. There was also a smell that was awful. I can't even describe it, but it made me feel ill.

We wouldn't stay there again. the price we paid for 1 room for 1 night, I didnt think was acceptable. Yes it was Easter but there is no lifts and we where on the 3rd floor. The receptionist was not friendly, we got there at 5.15pm to be told they where closing the reception down in 5 minutes, the sign said reception closes at 6pm. The T.V wasn't working we had to turn it on at the wall, nothing was communicated about that. The remote wasn't working so we couldn't change the channels. When we left the next day we barely got a goodbye.
