- Very good accommodation and excellent serviceOverall this was an excellent stay. However the wifi internet was terrible. The staff tried very hard to remedy the service with little effect, the staff… kindly moved us rooms to try and overcome (we met other guests with the same issue). Food and drinks service was excellent with special menus for us as vegans.
- A little above averageThis hotel was booked for me as part of my work. It was certainly nice enough. The rooms were fairly spacious and the staff were friendly and very helpful.… The restaurant downstairs was excellent, with a great selection of food and wine. Every meal I had was above average and the service was excellent. The hotel is very central and close to the shops and the river. The room was a little tired, however. There had clearly been another bed or larger bed in the room previously. There were large scratch marks where the other bed had been. The valence was ripped. The bathroom floor was pretty grotty and just looked like it could do with a good spruce up.
- Great Hotel, location and serviceOnly stayed for 1 night for business but have already re-booked for my next 2 trips. I don't know why ive never stayed here before. Rooms are spotless,… every thing you need and a good size. Hotel is co-located with the Pullman. As a Platinum member I had complimentary use of the Executive Lounge for b'fast. Service and facilities are immaculate with a small but more then adequate selection for a business b'fast. Location is good but parking is expensive even for Brisbane at $40/night.
